Australian Avionics has a world class Instrument Workshop and has a wide range of repair and test equipment including RJ80 Schenc Rotor Balancer, Laminar Flow Bench and Digital Airdata Test Set.
Australian Avionics is an approved Mid-Continent, Aerosonic, Ametek, United Instruments and Bendix/King Instrument repair facility and can handle repairs and servicing on all types of aircraft instrumentation.

Lithium Emergency Power Supply
Manufactured by Mid-Continent InstrumentsThe TS835 Series is the industry's first lithium emergency power supply to be TSO C179 certified.
The unit has now received approval for installation with FAA Part 23, Approved Model List STC No. SA02075SE and is available for all customers. This STC was developed to allow replacement of the L-3 Communications PS-835 with the True Blue Power MD835-( ).
The TS835 Series features an advanced Nanophosphate lithium-ion cell chemistry that offers distinct advantages over older, lead-acid designs. This includes a 66% weight savings, reduced maintenance costs and an improved 10-year life expectancy.
The emergency power supply automatically provides 24.5 VDC power for critical or standby equipment in the event of aircraft power failure. The TS835-5 includes an integrated 5V output.
